If you are using a Visa or MasterCard to pay for this purchase, you must provide the 3-digit CVV (Customer Verification Value) which can be found after the end of the credit card number (or sometimes your card will have the last 4 digits of your card number, followed by the CVV code) on the signature panel on the back of the credit card. If for some reason you cannot provide it, please put in 000, but we often will not be able to charge your card (this is up to your bank.)

SHIPPING TO ANOTHER ADDRESS: If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, we will not be able to process your order unless you provide the CVV code, and it matches the records on file with your bank. This is true of all credit card types.
